What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 2 Business Days from the time you received the item in which to postmark the item back to us. The item must be unused. We will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds that are postmarked after this 2 Business Day period. There are no returns on swimwear items.
Do you have restocking fees?
Restocking fees only apply to refunds, not exchanges. If you are returning for a refund, please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to every returned item that is not being exchanged.
Do you refund shipping?
We do not refund shipping on refunds or exchanges.
Do I need to pay for shipping again when I exchange a dress?
Yes, standard shipping charges are reapplied with every exchange shipped.
How long does it take to receive an exchange?
Exchanges take as long as normal orders once we receive them, so expect the same shipping time.
When I return a dress, how long does it take for you to credit my account?
Once we receive a dress back, please allow for 3-4 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement.
What is a business day?
Standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
