1. How do I know what size to Order?

   Our website is fully equipped with a size chart; however most people do not fall into one exact size, pick the one that fits the best. Most dresses may need some kind of alterations on it.

2. What if the dress is the wrong size when I receive it?

   If the dress is the wrong size, you may send it back within the designated 48 hour period for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee or you may exchange it for another size in that style as long as we have it in stock.

3. What is your return policy?

   At Beautifully Modest we are concerned that you are happy with your order. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your dress within 48 hours of the time you receive it. If you are returning a beautifully modest dress please note that a 10% restocking fee per item will be subtracted from your refund.

4. How do I order a dress?

   Dresses can be ordered one of two ways. First, all dresses seen on our website are available to be ordered through our website. Secondly, you may call us directly at 1-888-622-6997 to place an order with one of our sales representatives.

5. How are the dresses shipped? Do you ship internationally?

   All of the shipping is done from our warehouse located south of Provo. Dresses are shipped on the day after an order is placed. International shipping is available, and international shipping prices apply.

6. What Materials and Beadwork are available?

   Most of the wedding dresses are made out of variations of satin. Some dresses have an organza overlay. Bugle beads and seed beads are common beadwork among our dresses.

7. Are all of your dresses modest?

   As modesty is very important to us, all of our dresses are made with that aspect in mind. Our dresses will provide modest coverage, while still appealing to the fashionable side.

3. Can I order online if I live in Utah?

   Yes. However, if you live in the state of Utah it is to your benefit to visit our retail store and try on with one of our professional consultants. This way, you can try on a variety of dress styles and pick the best dress for your figure.

4. Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

   No. We gladly take walk-in brides and are happy to serve you.

5. What are your store hours?

   Allyse's store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M MST. Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-9p.m. MST

6. Will I need alterations on my gown? Are alterations included in the price of the gown

   Most brides will need a few alterations on their wedding gown or formal dress. We have professional seamstresses in the store for your convenience by appointment only. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. Most bridal stores charge more for the dress and include alterations, however, at Allyse's we sale the dresses factory direct to the customer so you get the lowest price possible, and therefore we only charge you for the alterations needed on your gown. Our seamstresses are very skilled and only alter our dresses.

7. What is your return policy?

   Allyse's Bridal is a special events store, therefore, all sale are final.

8. Does Allyse's rent dresses?

   No. Allyse's is retail only. If price is the issue for renting a dress, we do offer select styles for a beautiful dress in the same price range as renting. That way the dress is yours forever!
